Manitoba Chapters and Districts

The Grand Chapter of Royal Arch Masons in the province of Manitoba has two districts.

Composed of : Prince Rupert # 1 (Winnipeg); Prince of Wales # 11 (Selkirk) and;

Red River Valley # 21 (Starbuck).

 Composed of :  Keystone # 2 (Portage La Prairie), Keystone # 5 (Brandon) and, Rabboni # 7 (Dauphin).

Under the Grand First Principal's Jurisdiction is Pre-Cambrian Chapter # 17 (Flin Flon). 

 

The Historic Directory of the Grand Chapter of Manitoba are as follows:

Prince Rupert # 1 currently meets in Winnipeg;

Keystone # 2 currently meets in Portage La Prairie;

Corinthian # 3 was located in Boissevain and surrendered it's charter during the month of November 1974;

King Edward # 4 was located in Neepawa and surrendered it's charter on December 31st, 1994;

Keystone # 5 currently meets in Brandon;

Avondale # 6 was located in Hartney and affiliated with Keystone # 5 in 1987;

Rabboni # 7 currently meets in Dauphin;

Mount Sinai # 8 was located in Rivers and amalgamated with Keystone # 5 in 2001;

Connaught # 9 was located in Winnipeg and amalgamated with Kildonan # 10 on May 20th, 1995;

Kildonan # 10 was located in East Kildonan and amalgamated with Prince Rupert # 1 in 2001;

Prince of Wales # 11 currently meets in Selkirk;

Norwood # 12 joined with Transcona # 16 to form Concordia # 22 during the month of April 1983;

Oakland # 13 was located in Carman and surrendered it's charter on December 31st, 1932;

St. John's # 14 was located in Winnipeg and amalgamated with Price Rupert # 1 in 1989;

Eureka # 15 was located in Pilot Mound and amalgamated with Keystone # 2 on January 1st, 2006

Transcona # 16 located in Transcona joined with Norwood # 12 to form Concordia # 22 in April 1983;

Pre-Cambrian # 17 currently meets in Flin Flon;

Wapiseew # 18 was located in Swan River and surrendered it's charter on January 1st, 1974; 

Brandon # 19 was located in Brandon and amalgamated with Keystone # 5 on January 1st, 1974;

Fort Prince of Wales # 20 was located in Churchill and it's charter was lifted in 1980;

Red River Valley # 21 currently meets in Starbuck, and;

Concordia # 22 was located in Winnipeg and amalgamated with Prince of Wales # 11 in Selkirk in 2001.
